Specializations

  • Anxiety

Chronic overthinking, ruminating thoughts, panic, feeling restless, among other symptoms can feel debilitating and cause distress in your daily life. I work to help you identify and understand triggers, uncover root causes, and learn coping mechanisms for grounding and self compassion.

  • Depression

Persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety, or emptiness and feeling slowed down. Luckily, depression is treatable. Together we will explore and identify the root causes and the unique nature of the depression you are experiencing and then develop an appropriate treatment plan.

  • Trauma

Trauma is often stored in our perceptions, bodily sensations, and memories. Opening up about trauma can take times. We will work together to establish the trust needed to open up about the trauma you have experienced and to understand what support is most needed for you.

  • Intimacy & Relationships

Relationship and intimacy struggles can be difficult to navigate on your own. Whether these issues are related to attachment styles, difficulty communicating, a feeling of disconnection to yourself, or personal and familial history - we will together work to find healthier ways of communicating and better understanding your needs in relationships with others as well as strengthening the relationship you have to yourself.

  • Chronic Pain Management

Chronic pain can be something you lived with your entire life due to illness or from a recent injury or diagnosis. Using somatic and mindfulness modalities including meditation, breath-work, guided imagery, body-scanning, and more, we will discover what tools work best for you when you are managing pain that feels debilitating to your day-to-day functioning.

  • Neurodivergence

Identifying as neurodivergent can come with a lot of negative stigma and isolation. I have experiencing working with those who fall under the Autism Spectrum, ADHD, OCD, and learning disabilities. Depending on what area of neurodivergence you fall into, we will use appropriate tools and modalities to help you better understand and work through the challenges you are experiencing, all while embracing yourself with a non-judgmental attitude.
